This tree is growing right along 21st Ave. between the loading dock entrance and the Godchaux parking lot and is best viewed from street level.
This tree has branches near the ground and is a female which provides an opportunity to look closely at its fruits. In some years they are very abundant and in others they are sparse. You can also get a good look at its leaves and twigs.
